Victoria has over 20 years’ experience across policing and national governing bodies, safeguarding has been central to her career—from serving as a Detective Constable to leading safeguarding roles in golf, cycling and now badminton.
Across each role, Victoria has focused on creating safe, inclusive environments where everyone can take part and thrive.
In her current role as Safeguarding Manager at Badminton England, she is particularly passionate about supporting clubs so that everyone feels welcome in our sport, regardless of background, ability or circumstances. Victoria proudly works alongside Lead Programme Manager, Julie Pike, delivering our campaign, A Sport That Cares.
